BIMAT stands for quality

We manufacture according to the quality standard DIN ISO 9001

Sustainability in customer relationships does not work without sustainable supplier relationships. Trust in the quality of the input materials and components suppliers used has been consolidated over long periods of time without significant disruptions. Components

We only use qualified brand components or tested trademarks for our products, if you expressly wish so. This applies to roller bearings for pulleys as well as drive units for e.g. motorized bottom blocks.

Process Control/Quality Monitoring

Qualified and Trained Personnel

Our specially trained staff closely monitor the various production stages to ensure the high quality of our products. At the end of each stage, a quality assessment report and production order check are conducted. BIMAT manufactures according to the quality standard DIN ISO 9001.

Coating Thickness Testing

Serves to test the layer thicknesses required by the customer or according to ISO 12944.

Rope Groove Hardening

In Q1 2020, BIMAT will have its own induction hardening systems. The hardness results will be checked regularly with calibrated measuring instruments.

Special Areas for Rejected Materials

BIMAT separates harmful or faulty materials from the current production process by setting up blocking quarantines.

NDT – Non-Destructive Testing

We use the standard methods of non-destructive testing to identify any material defects and inspect weld seams.

VT – Visual Testing

MT – Magnetic Particle Testing

PT – Liquid Penetral Testing

UT – Ultrasonic Testing

At the customer's request, BIMAT can manufacture items according to the regulations of the relevant international certification bodies such as ABS, DNV GL, LRoS or the German TÜV.
